Preparing for SAFE network

The team at MaidSafe are preparing for the Fleming Test Network release of the SAFEnetwork. The HealthScience.network base data layer is the SAFEnetwork but it is much more than just a data layer. The peer to peer message protocol will be built upon to allow the Knowledge Bundle Ledger and DML (decentralised machine learning) to communicate. The first task development wise is to upgrade the toolkit version of node.js and electron to be compatible with new the API library for the SAFEnetwork. This quarter will see this begin along side the re-write of the Entity Component System SAFEflow library in RUST programming language.
