Driving towards Beta — Alpha next steps

The BentoBox-DS toolkit now has a new code base. The application now uses vue3 vite pinia and connects to HOP. Designed for both browser and mobile this release. The health oracle protocol is also getting an upgrade. The goal is to have HOP running on WASM to eliminate the need for a desktop download but this might take some time. The beebee chat and bentospaces are the core interaction interfaces and engagement is via natural language prompts that will require a local LLM, although testing via the cloud again might be most practical to open up the user base to a wider range of peers initially.
