Dashboards settings and controls

Refactoring the vue.js components brought in an instability into the toolkit memory i.e. a bug that caused an infinite loop. Vue has a state store called VUEX and I think the data structure I was trying to get it to hold was too complex for its reactivity logic. A new approach was found and the video following shows how to add a visualisation component to a experiment dashboard and then to remove it again.
